After many wonderful years in business, the time has come for some significant changes.

Our father, Ed Smith, is retiring. He’s looking forward to slowing down, enjoying his family, spending time by the pool, and, of course, watching plenty of Dodgers baseball.

We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to have worked alongside him and to have built Smith Food Machinery together as a family business. It has truly meant a great deal to us.

It is with both sadness and careful consideration that we announce the closure of our physical facility. Due to rising rent and increasing costs of doing business, we have made the difficult decision to liquidate our inventory and cease on-site operations.

Moving forward, Grant and Travis will continue to serve you remotely. We will focus on equipment brokerage and will gladly assist with your equipment needs, including the liquidation of surplus equipment. However, we will no longer be able to store or house consignment equipment.

We are currently scheduled for an online auction from April 3rd through April 7th on Bidspotter. We will share additional details soon and hope you will participate.

We sincerely appreciate your support over the years and look forward to continuing to work with you in this new capacity.
