Stainless steel contact and construction. Mobile unit with heavy duty caster wheels.

Has a Lesson 1 HP - 1750-RPM -180 Volt drive motor with a Lesson Speed Master control and power switch.

Unit has a custom ingredient infeed chute and a seasoner platform mounting base.
